Every Saturday, we slow-roast prime rib and carve it to order. It comes out in its own au jus with your choice of baked potato, mashed potatoes, or vegetables — $29.99. Add soup or salad for a little extra.

Carving starts at 5pm and runs until it’s gone. We don’t take reservations, but we do run out, so come early if you’re serious about it.
