1. Program Description
Little Village Pub (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers an SMS/text messaging program (“Program”) that sends promotional and informational messages to subscribers who have opted in, including but not limited to: daily and weekly specials, bingo, trivia, karaoke, and Meat Raffle reminders, happy hour alerts, contests and giveaways, loyalty and Little Pub Club/ECLUB offers, seasonal and event announcements, and coupon or discount codes.
Text messages for this Program are sent using Mailchimp’s SMS Marketing platform. Some messages may direct you to check your email for a members-only discount or offer, may include a coupon code to enter through our online ordering system powered by Toast POS, or may include a direct link to redeem an offer through Toast POS. Offers may also be delivered as an in-store coupon via email through Coupon Carrier. These are separate services from Mailchimp; using or redeeming a coupon code or link may be subject to the terms of that respective platform in addition to these Terms.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Little Village Pub by submitting your mobile phone number through a website sign-up form, in-store sign-up (including QR code or paper sign-up sheet), or another method where you knowingly provide your number and agree to receive marketing texts. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Little Village Pub at the mobile number provided.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to this Program.
3. Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies and may increase or decrease based on your engagement with us or promotions we run. Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and may vary depending on your plan. Contact your mobile carrier with questions about your text or data plan.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel this Program at any time. Text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from this Program. If you’d like to re-subscribe, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As with any text messaging service, message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator/wireless provider and is outside of our control. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This Program is available on most major US mobile carriers. Availability is not guaranteed for all carriers.

9. Third-Party Redemption Services
Certain text messages sent through this Program may reference a members-only discount or offer, include a coupon code, or include a direct link to redeem an offer through our online ordering system powered by Toast POS. Offers may also be delivered as an in-store coupon via Coupon Carrier through our monthly email. Little Village Pub is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of use of these third-party platforms. Please refer to their respective terms of use and privacy policies for information on how they handle your data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
